We believe stress relief should be accessible, judgment-free, and real. No pressure. No explaining. Just a space to let it out.
As owners… and people, we know what it feels like to carry things people don’t always see. We’ve experienced our own struggles with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the weight that life can put on people. This space was created not just for fun, but as an outlet — a place where people can release, reset, create, and be themselves without judgment.
We’ve had guests come in to celebrate birthdays, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and exciting milestones. We’ve also had people come in after loss, breakups, trauma, burnout, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Both belong here.
No matter your race, identity, sexuality, background, or story — you are welcome here. You will be acknowledged. You will be respected. You will be valued.
We are not therapists or medical professionals. But we are human, and we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and treated with compassion.
